Third Federal Savings & Loan

In seven years in town I have only met one person (an ex-landlord) who uses this bank. I really have no idea how or why they exist; they don't seem to offer anything to make them more attractive than any other bank in town. This is not to say that they're bad, but that I think you would have trouble finding anyone who could even give a solid opinion on the place.
