Sustainable Community Associates

"Run by three Oberlin College alumni, SCA is committed to the economic and community revitalization of downtown Oberlin." [1]

The alums are - Ben Ezinga '01, Josh Rosen '01, Naomi Sable '02.

In a nutshell, its goal is to keep the businesses of Oberlin from being sucked into oblivion by Wal-Mart. It's currently working on the East College Street Project.
