ObieMail!

Oberlin is currently in the process of migrating all email to Google based OCMail.

ObieMail! is a web-based e-mail client for persons with an Oberlin College e-mail account.

Along with the standard sending and receiving features, ObieMail! lets users set up mail filters, maintain an online address book, and set up an autoresponse when one is not going to check one's mail for a while (vacation message).

You can also tell ObieMail! to forward all your mail to another address, so you can just use your GMail address. (You can make GMail send mail as your oberlin.edu address too, so it looks normal.) This forwarding continues to work after your password expires.
