Keep Co-op
- (This is about the dining co-op; for the living co-op, see Keep Cottage.)
A dining co-op located on the first floor of Keep Cottage. It has 74 official members, plus however many guests at any time.
During the 2004-2005 school year, Keep had a policy requiring a meat dish to be served at least once a week. (until they ran out of money at the end of '04 and had to steal food/all eat at Pyle). Although parts of the kitchen are now ADA accessible, there is no entranceway into the building with a ramp. Rumors fly regarding the possibility of a future ramp.
[edit] Opinions
Though I've never eaten there, I've heard occasional raving and occasional complaints. I imagine, like all co-ops, the food quality depends greatly on who gets elected to cook for a given semester. (Duh.) --Alxndr 09:49, 29 Jul 2005 (CDT)
