Mediterranean fare. Reasonably priced. Great place for coffee on a cold day.
[edit] Opinions
Why bother? There is no doubt that the service has improved in recent years (it used to be abysmal) but that still isn't saying much. Do you want some coffee? Sure, they have it, but you're just as well off making it at home. Would you like some light fare? Sure, it's edible, but that's all I'll give it. Also, if you're feeling like you haven't been exhibitionistic enough lately, sitting by the front window will cure you pretty quickly. --User:208.66.208.200

I really like (most of) their sandwiches. Unfortunately their beverages -- particularly their espresso drinks, like lattés -- could use some serious, serious work. Adcjordan 15:22, 20 February 2007 (EST)
People either despise or love Java Zone. I've met a few who're on the fence, but they just haven't eaten there enough. Personally, I hate the sandwiches and most of the coffee but can be convinced to eat a scone if the stars have aligned and made them taste palatable. The biggest draw of Java Zone is the windows. Whenever I've sat there, some random friend will come up and bang on the window (annoying the people who work there), then come in and join me. I Usually Think 09:55, 18 February 2008 (EST)
Much of their food is too expesive and/or served in too-small portions, but their falafel and Italian sodas are good. (JDR) --User:132.162.246.213 10 May 2008
