Fuller

At 121 East College Street, Fuller is the only off-campus living co-op currently run by OSCA Properties. It houses six students or other community members.

For the 2006-2007 school year, rent will be $245/month including utilities.

ResEd considers Fuller off-campus, so applicants must have off-campus status and then apply to OSCA to live there, instead of applying through OSCA the first time like the rest of the living co-ops.

[edit] Opinions

"I lived there last year, and I liked it alright. The house is across more or less across the street from Tank. It's 121 E. College, the pea-soup green Victorian with rust-colored trim. It's very inexpensive, the rooms are nice, the kitchen is decent, you get a backyard, a porch, and a porch swing. Your living experience will mostly depend on who you live with though -- which is a tossup. You get into Fuller by application based on financial need. At least when I filled it out, it was pretty straightforward. A copy of your financial aid award, information about your projected income for the next year, about how much support you get from your parent(s)/guardian vs. provide yourself, how many hours per week you work and space for additional comments. The house is open to both students and nonstudents. The six applicants with the greatest financial need get in. Some years there have been a couple dozen applicants, other years there have only been 6 or 7. You probably want to stop by the OSCA office for confirmation and details on the logistics. If you want to see the house, I'd suggest just stopping by and knocking or going to Tank for a meal and then asking around for someone who lives there to try and set up a tour date." --Image:Ljuserinfo.pnglilyofthewest (7 March 2005) [1]
