[edit] Opinions

It's fucking gross; as an accomplished pizza cook myself I have no doubt that I could put this place out of business in about two months if I opened a joint in town. However, I have neither the money nor inclination to do so, so Downtown remains in business due to its late hours and the fact that people have shitty taste generally. Especially after getting drunk at the Feve, next door. --24.60.146.127 (16 Aug 2005)

At the start of my freshman year, I used to enjoy their pizza and wings, especially when I was drunk. Then I became a vegetarian (as a matter of fact, made this decision inside DTP) and haven't really set foot in there since. --User:Bogazog

I've known too many people who have worked here, and I can't in good conscience give them my business. They are racist, awful to their employees, and can't make a pizza worth a damn. For what it's worth at least two failed pizza places preceded them, so maybe the spot is cursed. They will, however, deliver beer (priced by the can/bottle) so if you're desperately lazy I suppose that's worth something. The only reason they get any business is because they stay open for the stumbling drunk post-feve crowd. --User:208.66.208.200

The chicken parm subs aren't bad, if a little more expensive than one would like. —alxndr (talk) 02:15, 3 January 2007 (EST)

I love downtown pizza's food. Its nicely priced and delicious. Plus they have really good sandwiches and homemade chips. I eat there every weekend. They stay open late, and the workers have always been very friendly and nice to me, evening carrying my food out to my bike! (talk) 10:36, June 2008 (EST)
