French House has seen two major renovations of its lounge and library as well as the construction of a brand new kitchen during the 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 school years.

[edit] Opinions

Since French House is not falling apart like Dascomb, South, East or North, it is an appealing option to some students. —Anonymous

[edit] From LiveJournal

“I lived in French House my first year and hated it (creepy faculty-in-residence; very little community; too small and isolated to help with meeting people).” --anonymous, June 2008 [1]

“I would second the opinion about French House. I lived there my first two years--freshman year was pretty good and fun, but sophomore year was awful. The faculty-in-residence attempted to kick a bunch of us out, which did not make for good community feelings. The TAs have generally been pretty cool, though.” --Image:Ljuserinfo.pngobieblues, June 2008 [2]
