Was a big house (7 bedrooms, rented by the room). A little run down. Extremely close to campus (across from the Mudd parking lot), and so very convenient. Somewhat pricey for Oberlin (between $275 and $350 per room). Utilities were incredibly expensive during the winter (sometimes over $100 per person).
